I do not offer refunds on custom items. However, if there is an error on my part, your money will be refunded or the item will be replaced.
Before any item is made, you will have the opportunity to view a proof to make sure that you are getting exactly the item you requested.
If you wish to cancel your order and work has not begun on the project, I will be happy to issue a refund.
